We have been in the real estate industry since 2004. We have had many experiences during the years. We bring this knowledge with us to assist

Sheldon enjoys time spent in the garage. He always has a project going on. His most recent is a 1991 Toyota 4runner with a 5.3 Chevy engine swap. When he is not in the garage he enjoys time with his family and friends in the mountains or at the sand dunes.
Sheldon is a Journeyman carpenter and loves every aspect of building. In 2004 he and his father opened SLR Properties LLC, they currently own several rental properties and have renovated many homes along the Wasatch Front. Sheldon is your go to for anything house related. He is very knowledgeable about homes and what it takes to repair them.
